Return and Refund Policy

Sorry to hear you need to make a return, but we are here to help you! Let’s get started:

  • Unopened paint and/or supplies can be exchanged or returned – customer is responsible for shipping cost
  • Opened items or items without all original packaging intact cannot be accepted.
  • Must be within 30 days of delivery​ date
  • Paint is subject to a $10 per gallon restocking fee.
  • Supplies are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
  • Samples, to included 3x5 Color Cards, Peel & Stick SIMPLESAMPLES™, 6oz Color Samplers and Fan Decks along with apparel are final sale.​
