Our Terms of Sale govern our DURA Color Promise to you - with the following notable exceptions:
1. If for any reason you decide the custom-tinted DURA paint color you’ve put on your walls isn’t right for you, let us know and we’ll deliver replacement paint of equal or lesser value.
2. If for any reason you decide your custom-tinted DURA paint color isn’t right for you before you open the packaging, let us know and we’ll accept your return (even though your custom-tinted DURA paint is a Non-Stock Item that wouldn’t otherwise qualify).

Your completion of a Color Session with one of our Color Influencers leading to your purchase of DURA paint from us for use in your home entitles you to the benefits associated with these exceptions.

Our DURA Color Promise is valid for a limited time, available once per Customer/Customer home, pertains to DURA quart and gallon purchases up to $300.00 and within 30 days of delivery, and excludes supplies, samples, apparel and labor. Returned DURA paint is subject to a $5 per quart and $10 per gallon restocking fee.

Subject to the foregoing, all provisions of our Terms of Sale apply to our DURA Color Promise and your DURA paint-related purchases (including without limitation Sections 6, 12 and 13 governing returns and warranties).
